Rinse split green gram about 2 to 3 times to take out any dust or impurities out of it.
Strain out any excess water and then spread it over a cotton cloth to completely dry under fan.
Next grind it in form of a flour.
Melt Ghee and add the made flour and Gram flour in it.
Roast over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes by continuously stirring it, till aromatic and the flour feels damp with Ghee.
Now make a one string sugar syrup by melting Sugar in Water.Check and recheck by taking a drop of the syrup between your finger and thumb till you get one sting stickiness of the syrup.
Add green Cardamom powder.
Add the made Sugar syrup in the roasted flour and keep stirring it over low till you get a loose halwa type consistency.
Add and level it into a greased mould or tin also sprinkling and set some chopped Pistachios over it.
