Wheat flour / Atta

green Cardamom powder / Hari elaechi

chopped dry fruits / Sukha mewa

Desiccated Coconut / Sukha Nariyal chura
Water to Knead
Oil or Ghee to fry
Instructions
Mix warm Desi Ghee in the flour, rubbing the flour between your palms.
Then add in and mix Jaggery powder, chopped dry fruits ,desiccated Coconut and Cardamom powder.
Now Knead the flour into a stiff dough adding Water little at a time.
Take a big lemon size portions of the dough and shape them as cookies with any kind of design over them.
Fry in medium hot Oil or Ghee on low to medium heat till golden brown and crisp.
Strain out and serve Thekua when it comes down to room temperature.
