In a bowl add wheat flour, Salt and Gram flour, Give it a mix.
Add Oil and Desi ghee, well blend it within the flour.
Now add Dry Fenugreek,Dry Pomegranate, Chilli paste, fresh Coriander, finely chopped Onion, Carom seeds, Cumin seeds,and Pepper.Give a good mix.
Adding Water bring the flour together - Don't knead.
Apply a tablespoon of warm Oil.
Divide the dough into about four equal portions and roll out each portion into a thick rot.(Apply little flour if required)
Make indents in the roti using a spoon.
Roast the roti over a hot tawa applying ghee all over on both sides till golden brown spots.
Serve Sindhi Koki hot with Tomato or Coriander chutney and a cup of tea..
