Mix Refined flour,Milk powder and Salt together.
Then make a space in between this flour mix adding Dry instant yeast and powdered sugar.
Drop little warm water over it dissolving sugar and yeast together.
Now mix this with the whole flour and knead it into a soft sticky dough.
Knead over your kitchen counter for about 10-12 minutes stretching with your palm.
Next Oil in the dough and keep it to proof in a greased bowl covered with a plastic wrap for about 2 hours in a warm place like your oven.
Meanwhile keep a mix of sugar and cinnamon ready and grease your bread tin sprinkling little flour over it.
After that knead and punch the dough again for about 5 minutes.
Spread dough as long as possible in a half inch thick sheet. Apply butter..
Sprinkle Cinnamon sugar mix and raisins.
Roll in the dough sheet tucking in both sides and also close above,
Now place the dough log in bread tin with seam side below.
Again cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for 1 hour in warm place.
To get bread with a golden crust brush sugar milk mix over it.
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 min.
To get soft outer crust cover bread with a damp cloth till it cools down.
Demold and cut to get soft cinnamon raisin bread.
