Ingredients
  

  • 50 gm Cherries
  • 50 gm Raisins / Kishmish
  • 50 gm Apricot
  • 2 cup APF / Maida
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar / Castor Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Half pinch or drop of Yellow food colour

Instructions
 

  • Cut Dry fruits in small pieces.
  • Sift and mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Take another bowl and in this add all the wet ingredients.
  • Now slowly keep on mixing the bowl of dry ingredients in wet ingredients to form cake batter.
  • After batter gets ready mix and fold chopped dry fruits keeping some aside for topping.
  • Add food colour.
  • Pour the batter 3/4th in greased muffin cups.
  • Bake at high power in microwave for 4-5 min or at 180°C in convection or Oven for 15-20 min.
