Half pinch or drop of Yellow food colour
Instructions
Cut Dry fruits in small pieces.
Sift and mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Take another bowl and in this add all the wet ingredients.
Now slowly keep on mixing the bowl of dry ingredients in wet ingredients to form cake batter.
After batter gets ready mix and fold chopped dry fruits keeping some aside for topping.
Add food colour.
Pour the batter 3/4th in greased muffin cups.
Bake at high power in microwave for 4-5 min or at 180°C in convection or Oven for 15-20 min.
