Heat Oil and Butter in a Pressure cooker.
Add Garlic & Ginger paste. Saute over low to medium stirring continuously for a minute.
Add chopped Onions and now sauté them continuously over a high for a minute.
Now add chopped Carrot and continue sautéing for a minute on high.
Add chopped Capsicum and continue sauteing for a minute on high.
Add chopped Chilies in between.
Add chopped Tomatoes and Salt .Continue sautéing on high again for just a minute.
Putting heat to low add Kashmiri red chili powder. Keep on stirring continuously over low heat. For a minute.
Now add Pasta and give a stir to well mix everything.
Add Water to it as per measurement and pressure cook for a minute or for one whistle on a medium flame.
Finally add Pasta seasoning, Pepper, shredded Cheese, Tomato ketchup and finely chopped fresh Coriander. Give it a mix on high for a minute.
Take out to serve and garnish its some Mayonnaise and fresh Basil.
Enjoy hot.
