Add 3 Tbsp soaked Sago for 2 hours to a mixer grinder.

Also add 2 Tbsp split green Gram soaked for 2 hours.Grind

Add & mix to it 1 boiled Potato, Salt, 1/2 Tsp each Cumin, Mango powder, Pepper and 1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes.

Shape in small patties fry in hot Oil on medium heat till crispy golden brown .

Strain out and serve with any chutney of your choice.
