Palak Chana Dal Recipe

Pressure cook 1 cup split Bengal gram with 3 cup Water, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Oil & 1/2 tsp Turmeric.

In 2 tbsp hot Oil add 1' Cinnamon,2 black Cardamom, 2 Bayleaves & 1 tsp Cumin.

After spices crackle add 1 tsp each Ginger - Garlic paste.

Add 2 Onion & slit chillies, saute till golden.

saute 2 Tomatoes till soft adding salt to taste.

Add spices-1 tsp Chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric,1 tsp Coriander & 1/2 tsp Garam masala.

Within a minute add 2 cup chopped Spinach

Adding 1 cup Water cover & cook 5-7 min.

Next add pressure-cooked Dal,cook for another 5-7 min.

At last add some chopped fresh Coriander and Butter before serving.
