No Ghee No Sugar  Syrup Suji Nariyal Burfi

At low roast 1 cup Semolina 10 to 12 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp shredded Coconut and chopped dry fruits.

Keep roasted Semolina aside covered.

Stirring continuously melt 1/2 cup Sugar.

Add 1 cup warm milk mix

Also add 1/2 tsp green Cardamom powder

Let the milk boil till it reduces to half.add & mix 1 tbsp fresh cream.

Super soft Moong Dal Burfi without 

Mix in this milk into Suji.Keep covered for about 5 minutes.

Pour this Suji halwa type mix into a greased tin.

Add some chopped dry fruits and let it cool down to set.
