2 Tomatoes / Tamatar 1 Inch Ginger / Adrakh 3-4 Chillies / Hari Mirch 7-8 Garlic Cloves / Lasan 1 Tbsp Clarified Butter / Desi Ghee 250 Gm Cottage Cheese / Paneer 2 Bayleaves / Tej Patta 1 Tsp Cumin / Zeera 2 Onion | Pyaz 1/2 Tsp Turmeric / Haldi 1+1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon / Dalchini 1 Pinch Cloves Powder / Loung 1/4 Tsp Green Cardamom Powder / Hai Elaechi 1 Tsp Coriander Powder / Dhaniya 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Salt To Taste / Namak 1 Tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves / Kasoori Methi 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander / Hara Dhaniya 1/2 Cup Grated Khoya 15-20 Cashews / Kaju

Grind Tomato, Ginger, Chillies and Garlic to a paste

Heat clarified butter

Fry Cottage cheese till golden

In remaining butter add bayleaves & cumin

Add made tomato paste

Add spices -turmeric,chilli powder,cinnamon powder,cloves powder,cardamom powder,coriander powder, garam masala & salt.

Roast spices with tomato paste

Add Water, fried cottage cheese,fenugreek leaves,coriander leaves & broken khoya.

When gravy comes to boil add cashew milk

Cover & cook 15-20 minutes.

Serve with Naan or Parattha
