Crispy Chilli Paneer

Make thick batter 4 tbsp Refined flour, 3 tbsp Corn flour, Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste, 1/2 tsp Pepper and some Water.

Coat 250 gm of Cottage cheese pieces with Corn flour and then dip them in the batter.

Fry these in hot Oil till crisp and golden brown.Then strain out.

Next in about 1 Tbsp hot Oil add 1 tbsp each chopped Ginger - Garlic .

After a minute add 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 small Bell Pepper and Onions.Sauté on high till Onion turn translucent.

Switch off to add other ingredients- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp Chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 2 tsp Soya sauce, Salt to taste & 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup.

Switch on and add about 1/2 cup Water and 1 tbsp Corn flour made into slurry. Mix and let it come to boil.

Before switching off add and mix fried Paneer pieces.

Take out and serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
