In 1 Tbsp hot Oil add 1/2 Tsp Cumin & let it crackle.

Sauté 1 Onion till light golden.Add 1 Tsp Ginger paste, 1/2 cup Peas, 1 Tsp Chillies & Salt.

Sauté for about 5 minutes and then add 2 mashed Potatoes.

Also add 1/2 Tsp each Turmeric,Chilli powder,Coriander powder, Garam masala, Chaat masala, Mango powder.

Add 1 Tbsp shredded Cheese, mix and then put off.Filling is ready.

Make slurry with 1/2 cup Corn flour, Salt, 1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes & Pepper each with Water.

Cut the Bread edges and roll out in thin slice.

Place the filling and close the slice pressing edges applying the made slurry.

Dip stuffed bread in corn flour slurry and then coat with bread crumb.

Fry in hot oil till golden brown and crispy.
