Egg a main source of protein in your breakfast with added protein and calcium of milk cheese..We make it more attractive and healthy with goodness of vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients:-
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Small Bell Pepper
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Small Green Chilli
- 3 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tbsp Cheese

Method:-
- Take a non stick pan and in it add Oil along with finely chopped Onion ,Bell Pepper and green chillies.
- Sauté these for couple of minutes and then add chopped tomatoes.
- Cook till tender and then add Coriander Leaves.
- Beat the Eggs adding Salt and mixed Herbs
- Add this to the sauted veggies and cook for couple of minutes on low to medium heat keeping an eye over it.
- Then flip it over and add the shredded cheese on it.
- Then fold the omelette and serve with bread or paratha.

Tips:-
- 1 pinch of Salt is sufficient for 1 egg.
- Add couple of teaspoons of milk while beating the Eggs to make the omelette more soft.
- Inspite of Green Chilli you can also use Pepper or completely skip if making for children.
- You can use any variation of veggies or mushrooms as you like.
