You can make this healthy shake  with any mix of your chosen fruits.Ideal to start your day with this shake included in your breakfast.

Ingredients:- ( Serve 2  )

  • 1 cup Papaya / Papita
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Sugar or Honey
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Black grapes

Method:-

  1. Mix and blend all the above ingredients in a mixer blender and serve it chilled.

Tips:-

Make with any fruit of your choice.
