Three Easy Tea Time Snacks From Leftover

With some simple easy steps in just ew minutes you can make a some tempting tea time snacks with leftover Roti or Bread or even a Pizza bread or Pita bread.So let’s begin.

Ingredients:-

PITA BREAD / PIZZA BASE CHIPS

  • 2-3 Pizza base or Pita bread
  • 50 gm Salted Butter
  • 2 tsp full Cream cheese or Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Tomato powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Salt if required
  • Some Chaat masala or
  • Some Black salt

COCONUT BREAD

  • Leftover Bread slices
  • 2-3 tbsp Coconut milk for each slice
  • 2-3 tsp Salted Butter for 2-3 Bread slices
  • Some Pepper ( Optional )

TORTILLA / ROTI NACHO CHIPS

  • 1-2 day old Tortilla or Rotis
  • Some Oil or Butter
  • Some Salt
  • Some Chilli powder
  • Some Chaat masala

Method:-

PITA BREAD / PIZZA BASE CHIPS

  1. In a small bowl mix Butter,Cream cheese,Tomato powder, Onion powder, Garlic powder,Oregano, Chaat masala and Black salt to make a paste.
  2. Apply made paste to the Pizza base and then cut it into triangles.
  3. Bake at 220°C for 10-12 minutes till crisp golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle little chaat masala or Black salt and serve with white sauce or Mayonnaise.

COCONUT BREAD

  1. Take left over a bit hard bread slices.
  2. Apply Coconut milk over both sides of the bread slice and let the bread soak it as much it can but don’t overdo it otherwise the bread will get too soft and break.
  3. Immediately after applying Coconut milk shallow fry bread both sides in butter till golden crispy.
  4. Sprinkle little pepper over it and enjoy them as it is hot.

TORTILLA / ROTI NACHO CHIPS

  1. Slice Rotis in any shape or as Nacho triangles and then arrange them over a baking tray.
  2. Sprinkle little Oil or apply some butter over both sides of the Roti chips.
  3. Also sprinkle some Salt,Chaat masala and Chilli powder on both sides of the made chips.
  4. Either bake them in microwave on high power for 4-5 minutes keeping an eye or in oven at 220°C  for 8-10 minutes till crispy golden.
