Summers are here best time to enjoy these yummy Popsicles that are not only healthy as these are made from fresh fruits but are also easy to make from common ingredients.Come let’s have a treat of Mango popsicle.Banana popsicle and Watermelon chocolate popsicle.

Ingredients:- ( Each serve 6 )

MANGO POPSICLE

  • 2 medium Mangoes / Aam
  • 1 cup Curd / Dahi
  • Sugar to taste / Cheeni swad anusar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

BANANA POPSICLE

  • 2 Bananas / Kela
  • 2 cups Milk / Doodh
  • 1-2 tsp Honey / Shahad
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder / Dalchini
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Curd / Dahi

WATERMELON CHOCO POPSICLE

  • 2 cups Watermelon juice / Tarbooz
  • 1-2 tsp Honey / Shahad
  • Preferably one melted Chocolate

Method:-

  1. For Mango Popsicles remove the pulp of Mangoes discarding the stone  and blend it into smooth purée adding Curd,Sugar and Vanilla.
  2. Fill in the Popsicle mould to freeze.
  3. Same peel and blend Banana in a blender adding Curd,Honey,Milk,Cinnamon and Vanilla into a semi thick purée.
  4. Fill in the Popsicle mould to freeze.
  5. Put Watermelon pieces in a blender discarding the seeds and then strain out the made juice.
  6. Add Honey as sweetener.
  7. Fill in the Popsicle mould to freeze adding melted chocolate.

Tips :-

  • The exact quantity of sugar or honey totally depends on the sweetness of your fruit.
  • Freezing can takes 6-8 hours.
  • Keep under running tap water for few seconds to de mould popsicles.
