Make a tasty restaurant style healthy sandwich for any time hunger.
Ingredients :- ( Serves 1 )
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- Butter
- Cheese slices
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- 50 gm Cottage cheese / Paneer
- 3 Bread slices
- Tomato Sauce
- Green coriander chutney or Chilli sauce
- Chilli flakes ( Optional )
Method:-
- Roast Tomatoes,thin slices of Paneer and Onions in Butter over low for couple of minutes.
- Apply Tomato sauce over 2 slices and green coriander chutney or green chilli sauce over 1 of the bread slice.
- Place Tomato slices and Onion slices over one of the bread slice.Sprinkle Salt & Pepper.Place cheese slice over it.
- On second bread slice place paneer,Onion and tomato slices.Sprinkle Salt & Pepper.
- Stack one filled slice over other and close with third bread slice.
- Apply butter on top bread slice.
- Over a Griddle /Tawa add a teaspoon of butter and roast sandwich on medium to make crispy on both sides.
- Cut serve hot.
