This is a unique innovative homemade healthy noodle recipe made from leftover Rotis that you and your kids will absolutely love

Ingredients:-

  • 5 Rotis / Chapatis
  • 1-2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin / Zeera
  • 1 tsp chopped Ginger / Adrakh
  • 1 tsp chopped Garlic / Lasan
  • 1 thinly chopped Onion / Pyaz
  • Salt to taste / Namak swad anusar
  • 1 cup shredded Cabbage / Bandh Gobhi
  • 1 cup shredded Carrot / Gajjar
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced Capsicum / Shimla mirch
  • 1 tsp Red chilli paste / Lal mirch
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 2-3 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup Tomato purée ( Optional )
  • 1 tsp Coriander paste or 1 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander / Dhaniya

Method:-

  1. Cut the left out rotis into thin strips.
  2. Let Cumin sizzle in hot Oil few seconds and then add chopped Ginger & Garlic.
  3. Roast on low for 1-2 minutes adding Onion.Saute Onions on medium till translucent.
  4. Add Cabbage, Carrot.and Salt.Saute over high till veggies turn tender.
  5. Next drop in Capsicum, continue sauting ting for a minute or two and then add red Chilli paste and chaat masala.
  6. Along with cut Rotis.Now just continue cooking till you find Rotis tender adding Tomato sauce,Coriander paste and Soya sauce.
  7. When done serve it hot.

Tips :-

  • Add Tomatoes or sprinkle some Water if Roti s are too hard or old.
