Make Peanut butter in two flavour ps and texture one a crunchy Peanut butter and the other is chocolate peanut butter.Not only your kids but you too will love it.Its fresh pure made at home without preservative.

Ingredients:( Serves 200-250 gm )

CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER

  • 1 cup roasted Peanut / Moongfali
  • 2-3 tbsp Honey / Shahad
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil / Tel
  • 1/8 tsp Salt / Namak
  • 20 gm Butter ( Optional if required )

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER

  • 1 cup roasted Peanut / Moongfali
  • 3/4 cup Sugar / Cheeni
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil / Tel
  • 1/8 tsp Salt / Namak ( Optional )
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Coco powder

Method:-

  1. Roast Peanuts over low till colour change and crisp.
  2. Let the peanut cool down and then drop them over a cotton cloth then rub.to remove skin.
  3. Separate out the skin.
  4. To make crunchy Peanut butter take 1/4 cup if Peanuts and add it to mixer grinders giving one to two pulses.
  5. Take it out and then add remaining 3/4 cup of Peanut and grind it until it turns into a Oily paste.
  6. Next add in Oil,Honey and Salt giving it a blend.
  7. Add room temperature butter if required to make butter more thin.
  8. Add in the side kept crushed Peanuts,give again couple of pulses.and your crunchy Peanut butter is ready.
  9. For chocolate Peanut butter again grind Peanuts until you get smooth Oily paste like consistency.
  10. Then add in all the remaining ingredients and grind to get that luscious chocolate Peanut butter.
  11. To store refrigerate in an airtight container and enjoy for a month.

Tips :-

  • Instead of raw peanuts you can use roasted salted Peanuts.
