Make your healthy oat cookie biscuits more flavourful with coconut and have them any time of day.
Ingredients :- ( Serves 60 )
- 2 cup Oat flour
- 2 cup Refined flour / Maida
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 cup grated Coconut
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Brown sugar
- 3/4 cup fresh cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil or Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Method:-
- Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients.
- Whisk all the wet ingredients together to get a thick batter .
- Add and mix bowl of dry ingredients in wet ingredients to form a dough.
- Divide the dough in two equal parts and wrap it in a cling film.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Take out an hour before from fridge and roll it out in half centimetre thick sheet.
- Cut in square biscuit shape and make a design of your choice over it using a tool.
- Bake at 200°C for 20-25 min.
- Take out cool and store.
