What can be better than a soft spongy eggless Chocolate muffin in solo microwave without any oven in just 2 minutes of bake time.
Ingredients 🙁 Serves 8 )
- 2 cup Refined flour / Maida
- 50 gm unsweetened Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Castor sugar or Powdered Sugar
- 3 tbsp Oil or Butter
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 80gm pieces of chocolate or chocolate chips
- Cherries
Method:-
- In a bowl mix Refined flour,Coco powder,baking powder,Salt,Sugar and Baking soda all together.
- Take another bowl and in that add Oil or Butter,Curd,Cream and Vanilla.
- Now mix the bowl of dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and make a loose dough like consistency batter.
- Mix pieces of Chocolate in the dough.
- Fill the greased muffin cups 3/4th.
- Top it up with a cherry.
- Bake over high powder in microwave just for 2 minutes.
- Let it come down to room temperature and then serve.
Tips :-
- Don’t vigorously mix the dough just incorporate all the ingredients together.
- If you are serving line the mould with paper cups.
- If the toothpick comes out clean muffin is baked.
