Ingredients
- 2 cups Pasta
- 1 tbsp Oil / Tel
- 2-3 tbsp Schezwan Premix
- As per taste Salt / Namak
- 1/2 tsp Pepper / Kali mirch
- 1/2 tsp Pasta seasoning
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 3-4 tbsp Cheese
Instructions
- Boil Pasta in 4 cups of Water with a teaspoon of Oil and Salt added to Ir.
- Strain out,wash with normal water when done but don’t make it too soft keep it Al dente.
- In a Kadai or pot add Oil and over it Schezwan Veg sauce premix.
- After a while add Pasta ,Salt to taste, Pepper, Pasta seasoning and Tomato ketchup .Give a stir
- Cook for 5-7 minutes.When everything blends well add and mix shredded cheese.
- Serve hot.
