No Fry Paneer  Malai kofta curry 

In 2 Cups Water add 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon powder, 1/2 Tsp Green Cardamom powder, 1 Pinch Cloves powder, 2 Bayleaves,1 black Cardamom, 3 Chillies, 5 Garlic Cloves, 1 inch Ginger, 3 chopped Tomatoes, 1 Cup Bottle gourd pieces, 1 chopped Onion,1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander.

Cook covered 15-20 minutes or till tender on low to medium.

Cool and make a paste.

Make a filling with 15-20 coarsely crushed fried Cashews,1 Tsp Ginger paste, 1/4 Tsp Green Cardamom powder,1/4 Tsp Roasted Cumin powder, 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli powder,1/4 Tsp Pepper,1/4 Tsp Chilli Paste,50 gm Cottage cheese and 1/4 Tsp Salt.

Using palm mash 250 gm Cottage cheese.

Add and mix 1 Tbsp Corn flour,1/4 Tsp Green Cardamom powder and 1/4 Tsp Salt in it.

Stuff the Cottage cheese balls with the filling.

Put to steam over a greased tray for 8-10 minutes on medium.

In 1 Tbsp hot Oil sauté 1 Tbsp Ginger - Garlic paste for a minute on low.

Continue stirring and keeping low add 1+1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder &  made masala paste .

Add salt to taste,1/4 Tsp Green Cardamom powder and 3 cups Water

Add 1/4 cup Cashew made into milk and crushed dry Fenugreek leaves and butter.

Place the steamed Paneer Kofta’s in the gravy and cook covered on high for just a minute.

Serve with Pulao, biryani or Naan.
