Chinese Bhel is another Innovative Indo Chinese recipe which is served as a crunchy Indian chatpati chat with lots of fresh sautéed veggies.Come let’s make it.

Ingredients:-  ( SERVES 2)

FOR NOODLE BOILING

  • 250 gm Noodles
  • 1 tsp Oil / Tel
  • 1 tsp Salt / Namak
  • Hot Oil for frying

SAUCE

  • 1 tbsp Oil / Tel
  • 1 tsp chopped Garlic / Lasan
  • 1 tsp chopped Ginger / Adrakh
  • 2 Onions /Pyaz
  • 1/2 cup Carrot / Gajar
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum / Shimla mirch
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage / Patta gobhi
  • Salt to taste / Namak swad anusar
  • 1 tsp Coriander chutney / Dhaniya chatni
  • 1 tsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar / Sirkha
  • 1 tsp green Chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup

Method:-

  1. Put Water to boil adding Salt and Oil to it.
  2. Put Noodles in the boiling Water,boil for a minute and then switch off.
  3. Keep in hot Water until it’s about 80% soft.
  4. Then strain out and wash with lots of plain Water.
  5. After straining out whole of the Water drop in hot Oil to fry on both sides till golden crispy.
  6. Strain out over a paper tower.When it cools down crush in small pieces.
  7. To make the sauce in hot Oil add chopped Garlic & Ginger .Saute on low 10-20 seconds.
  8. Now add chopped Onions.Carrots,Capsicum,Cabbage,Salt,Coriander chutney,Schezwan sauce,Vinegar,Chilli sauce,Soya sauce and Tomato ketchup.
  9. Sauté on high for 2-3 minutes until veggies semi soft but still crispy.
  10. Drop and mix the made sauce over the crushed fried noodles when you have to serve this Chinese bhel.
