I am so excited to share with you this recipe of no yeast bread which is not only healthy but also easy to make.You can make it with various variations as per your liking.
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 tbsp powdered Flax seed or 1 Egg or 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup Honey or 1/4 cup Sugar Caramelised or powdered
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Curd
- 1+1/2 cup Milk
- 1+1/4 cup Wheat flour / Atta
- 1 cup Refined flour / Maida
- 2+1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- Little Oats to sprinkle
- In oven bake at 200°C 50-55 minutes.
- Over gas stove medium heat 40-45 minutes.
Method :-
- In a bowl take Oats.Flax seed,Honey,Oil,Curd and one cup Milk together.Mix and keep it to rest for an hour.
- In a separate bowl add and mix Wheat flour,refined flour,Baking powder,Baking soda and Salt.
- Now add this bowl of dry ingredients in wet ingredients.Dont over Mix just in few cut and fold stirs well incorporate everything.If the mix feels too dry add half cup more milk..
- Drop the loose dough in baking greased tray.
- Bake at 200°C for 50-55 minutes and then cover with a damp cloth till it cools.
Tips :-
- Immediately after making the dough bake it as the baking powder and soda reaction ps have started.
- To get soft crust cover bread with wet cloth after baking.
