A easy to make colourful sandwich roll ideal for kids party or any kitty party.

Ingredients:-Ā  ( Serve 15)

  • 8 Bread slice ces
  • 3 medium Potatoes / Aloo
  • 150 gm Cottage cheese / Paneer
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin / Zeera
  • 1 tsp Ginger / Adrakh
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder / Aamchoor
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped Coriander / Dhaniya
  • 4 tbsp Coriander chutney
  • 4 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Method:-

  1. Heat Oil.Add Cumin,let it crackle for few seconds over low.
  2. Add Chilli paste and grated Ginger.Now within few seconds add mashed boiled Potatoes.
  3. Cook over medium heat adding crumbled Cottage cheese,Salt.Pepper.Mango powder and chopped green Coriander.Mix and filling is ready.
  4. Take fresh soft bread.Remove four edges of all bread slices and flatten bread with rolling pin.
  5. Now take a bread slice apply Pizza sauce.Place another bread slice over it,apply made filling with added cheese.Place another bread slice on top of it ,apply Coriander chutney and now roll the bread in shape of a log.
  6. Pack the made bread loaf with a cling film and refrigerate it for at least for an hour.
  7. Cut the log in Half inch pinwheels and bake at 180Ā°C for 20-25 minutes.

Tips :

  • Bake Pinwheel over a preheated gas oven over medium or roast on a Tawa / Griddle.
  • You can stick two to three bread slices using water and then pile them up using differentiations made filling,chutney and sauce.
