BEST COOKING OIL

Unrefined oils are considered better than refined Oil.However refined oils, have a higher smoke point because they undergo physical processe to extract all the compounds full of minerals and flavors that do not interact well with heat.Thus they comparetivrly have high smoke point than the unrefined oil. Sauteing requires 120 °C/248 °F heat, and  deep frying 160–180 °C/325–375 °F smoke point.Lets  explore some unrefined oils available with high to low smoke point.

Unrefined avocado oil has a high smoke point of around 482°F (250°C), making it ideal for high-heat cooking and frying.

Ghee has a smoke point of around 482°F (250°C). It is widely used in Indian cooking for frying and sautéing.
