Homemade Aam Papad without preservatives

Take 2 big Mangoes 1 sweet ripe and the other half ripe and a but sour.

Step 1

Wash and peel the mangoes

Step 2

Slice out the pulp.

Step 3

Add to mixer grinder to make puree.

Step 4

Add the puree to a pan to cook.

Step 5

Add 2 tbsp Sugar, a pinch Ginger powder ,1/4 tsp each  Cardamom powder, Pepper and Black salt.

Step 6

Cook till semi thick and translucent.

Step 7

Dop on a greased plate.

Step 8

Spread evenly all over the plate.

Step 9

Let it dry, then peel off the plate first removing from the edges.

Step 10

Cut 

Step 11

Roll
