Combine 1 Tbsp each coriander, cumin, fennel, poppy and sesame seeds also salt, and 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida. Roast the mixture until fragrant, then add 1/2 cup coconut and 1.5 Tsp red chilli powder.

Grind the roasted ingredients into a flavorful masala powder.

In a separate vessel, mix 2 Tbsp each tamarind pulp and jaggery powder then the prepared masala powder. Cook until the jaggery melts and the mixture becomes dry but still moist.

Form a dough using 2 Cup refined flour, 1 Tbsp gram flour, salt,1/4 Tsp turmeric, 1/2 Tsp carom seeds, 5 Tbsp warm oil and water. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into two portions and roll each portion into a large, evenly thick roti.

Spread the prepared masala over the rolled-out dough, leaving the edges. Apply a little water on the edges, then tightly roll it.

Cut the rolled dough into small ng, ensuring even slices for consistency in cooking.

Fry the pinwheels in medium-hot oil on low heat to achieve a crispy texture. Ensure thorough frying for a delightful crunch.

Once fried to perfection, strain the Bhakarwadi from the oil. Serve them hot as a delicious tea-time snack.
