Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Malai Cream
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 x 150 gm Bourbon Chocolate Biscuits
  • Some Dry fruits

Instructions
 

  • Blended on low with added milk accumulated Malai, into a smooth thick like batter.
  • Now add to this powdered chocolate biscuits, Condensed milk, Vanilla and some chopped dry fruits.
  • After everything is well blended add this homemade Ice cream mix in a plastic box to freeze with some more biscuit pieces and dry fruits spread over it for garnish.
  • When ready scoop out or cut in pieces to enjoy.

Note

  • To make the ice cream more creamy and smooth you can freeze it once and then blend it befire finally freezing it to serve.
  • If you do not have an airtight container to avoid crystal formation cover the ice cream with a plastic wrap before putting on the lid.
