Double Crust Cheese Burst Pizza

In a bowl coat chopped 1  onion,1 tbsp each Red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, & green bell pepper also sweetcorn with 1 tbsp Olive Oil.

Step 1

Then mix in 1 tsp each Garlic paste and Pizza seasoning along with 1/2 tsp Salt.Let it rest for at least an hour.

Step 2

Adding warm water mix and make a dough out of 1+1/2 cup refined flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt & 3/4 tsp of dry active Yeast.

Step 3

At last, add 2 tbsp of oil and keep it covered in a greased bowl to proof for an hour in a warm place.

Step 4

Punch down the dough, divided it into two portions one big and the other small to make a 12-inch and 8-inch Roti respectively. Prick them with fork all over

Step 5

Spread the big Roti over a 9-inch big baking tray and add 50 gm shredded Mozzarella cheese all over the edges, tuck in the extra dough hanging outside.

Step 6

Apply 50 gm cream cheese all over the middle part of the Roti and then place the 8 inch Roti which has been baked for about a minute over a hot Tawa over it.

Step 7

Apply 5 tbsp pizza sauce, add marinated veggies and 150 gm sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese all over and again remaining veggies.

Step 8

Sprinkle 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/2 tsp Pizza seasoning and 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes.

Step 9

Brush with some olive oil all over the edges of the pizza and then keep it to bake at 250°C for 10 to 12 minutes to get a crispy crust.
