Pasta In Pressure Cooker

In a Pressure cooker heat 2 tbsp Oil & 1 tbsp +1 tsp Butter.

Step

Add 1 tsp each Ginger-Garlic paste and saute on low-medium for 1 minute.

Add 2 chopped Onions and sauté on high for 1 minute .

Add chopped veggies like Carrot and Capsicum about 1/4 cup each and Chillies sauté them stirring continuously on high for a minute.

Add 2 chopped Tomatoes and Salt.Saute again on high just for a minute.

Add a tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder,stir and cook for a minute on low.

Add 2 cup Pasta, mix adding 1+1/2 cup of Water.

Pressure cook for 1 minute.

Add 1 tsp Pasta seasoning, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 2 tbsp shredded Cheese, 1 tbsp each Tomato ketchup and chopped fresh Coriander.Give a mix on high.

Garnish with some Mayonnaise and fresh Basil.
