Ingredients:-

  • 1 medium Orange / Sangtara
  • 1 Banana  / Kela
  • 1 cup chilled Milk / Doodh
  • Pinch of Salt / Namak
  • 1/2 Lemon / Nimbhu juice
  • Some Mint / Pudina  or Basil / Tulsi

instructions

  1. Squeeze out lemon and Orange juice.
  2. Adding it to mixer blender churn banana and Milk.
  3. To enhance sweetness add Salt .
  4. Pour in glass garnished with Mint or Basil and the shake is ready.

Watermark Guava Crush

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup full Watermelon pieces / Tarbooj
  • 1 Guava / Amrood
  • A pinch Salt / Namak
  • A pinch Pepper / Kali mirch

instructions

  1. Drop Watermelon and cut Guava pieces in a mixer blender
  2. Also add in Salt and Pepper.
  3. Then churn till smooth.
  4. Take out and strain out the juice.
  5. Pour juice in tall glass decorating glass brim with Watermelon pieces.

  • As per taste powdered Sugar / Pissi Cheeni
  • 1 tsp Coco Powdered

  1. In a mixer blender add curd,Water,Honey and Cardamom powder.
